Your responsibilities:
Present specializes in IT support as a MSP for local and international companies. We offer infrastructure and cloud management services, backups and data management, cybersecurity, as well as user and server support.
The candidate will have to carry out the following tasks:
- General technical support
- Ensure follow-up on more complex and longer tickets
- Act as a mentor for the rest of the team
- Support for users and level 1-2-3 technicians
- Reassemble environments
- Installation and configuration of software.
- Installation and configuration of backup solutions.
- Develop a diagnosis, correct and/or support the customer/technician in resolving their problem.
- Monitor your tickets in order to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in process optimization.
- Stay up to date on the different technologies added or in place with our clients.
- Participate in various IT projects for our clients
- Analyze infrastructures and make recommendations according to client needs
Your profile :
- DEC in computer science
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in technical support
- Knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, printer management.
- Experience in technical support of Windows environments
- Good knowledge of virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)
- Network knowledge
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
- Bilingualism (French – English)
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Marked aptitude for customer service – the client’s satisfaction is very important to you and you take all means at your disposal to meet their needs.
- Excellent priority management
- Able to integrate easily into a team
- You are reliable and able to manage your schedule effectively on your own.
